I think seventeen chose the right company! Now that Wonwoo is at the hospital, the company lets him rest and recover. I'm so happy that they don't push him to perform or attend any fansign events when being in that condition. I feel like Pledis takes good care of the 13 boys. If a company wants their artists to stay, they need to treat them right and with equal respect. If they do so, the idols wants to stay with the company and their members. However if a company pushes the artists to the limit or further so it becomes dangerous for their health or treats foreign members unequally, members are most likely to leave. SM is a great example of that, with the cases of LuHan, Tao, Hankyung and JYJ who left. But I think Pledis is doing a very good job in treating their idols the right way. If they keep on doing this, I think Seventeen will last forever. I cannot imagine them breaking up or having a member leaving. I think it's almost impossible! Seventeen is a very unique group.

There are some bad stuffs too ofc but the fact that Pledis don't have so much issues with their previous artists are a good sign that they're good handler plus they let SVT to stand on their own and let them decided for their own which is really good in my opinion
