Why is this so true?!! My story is so random: Back in April 2020, an 'Avatar the Last Airbender' Meme account edited a San fancam from Wave into an Avatar scene. I was instantly hooked and wanted to know which song it was. I searched through Ateez' discography until I found Wave (in the process of which i discovered many other great songs). Few days later i was an Atiny and have been ever since.

Literally if it was bad in guerrilla where he had few lines and was covered by everyone in the dance break, now they literally shove him the the far back completely invisible and as a lead vocalist he has no lines that represent that position. a true performer. never disappoints. san always gives his all on stage and always shows a different performance. he came on pm and said it wouldn’t be fun if he always showed the same facial expressions. idols obviously study on his facial expressions since i see so much idols using his facial expressions these days. his impact on kpop is too big. but the thing is i want people to know it’s san who made those facial expressions popular. i Hope kq will notice his impact in 2023. it’s his 5th year into his career. please give him opportunities that he’ll shine (without him making his own opportunities), let him have his own performance stage, let him have his own studio covers, let him share his songs with us and please stop hiding him in the back. if he was in another company, now he would be 100x more popular and more known. i Hope next time we can have center san if there’s a dancebreak. and i hope kq will start treating san as the only lead vocalist he is. i’ll never stop talking about those stuffs anymore

i'm quite amazed that he doesn't have done artist of the month or something similar yet. there are rookie idols who have him as a role model because of how he performs and yet he has never done any sort of solo performances outside of ateez like wooyoung has for example. i wonder why he never gets to do those, especially considering how viral he goes everytime for his stage presence... it could also be a good opportunity to promote ateez and gather new fans. just my opinion, i'm a relatively new fan so maybe i'm missing something idk

@@ugh5281 ​ it’s kq who doesn’t let him go outside of the group at this point. because he’s too loved by the pds. you’ll always see pds gives him extra moments, more edits that make him shine. when you read pre-recording fanaccs, PDs always praise san so much, they hug him and he talks to them a lot. and san is really good at variety shows, he’s the lead vocalist, second best vocalist in the group, he’s the best performer and one of the best dancers in the group (those are what kq and the members say about him btw) and he’s so loved by the pds so saying that he doesn’t get love calls would be a big lie. knowing that how kq doesn’t give him his well deserved lead vocalist lines, his well deserved center parts, his well deserved own performance, his well deserved individual schedule (he’s the only vocal member without a studio cover, he has no individual schedule with other 2 members) at this point, it’s kq blocks san.

I really hope one day he will get another official position (not from fan but from the company) as one of the dancer. it is like you are working hard and then company give you promotion. something like that. When he has that position, and in the future when there is some events and involve only dancer in the group , he can freely joining without receiving bad /negative comments from another fan. San's facial expressions are immaculate, and no one can do it like him. It's a bummer that most of his powerful dancing parts are in the back hidden behind the members. I hope he gets more center time being up front and center, because idk but maybe KQ needs a reminder that San is their best performer. It's been over 4 years and KQ still hasn't properly promoted San as Ateez's lead vocalist. Still no official vocal cover or full dance cover from San, nothing at all and it makes me wonder why KQ is holding back San. I know San wants to do covers and have more opportunities because he has said so, many times in his pm messages. If only KQ knew that if they properly promoted San, both him and Ateez would be 5x more popular than they are now.

when it comes to managing their most popular artist, i have never seen a company bad than kq. his official position is the only lead vocalist of the group but his lines keep decreasing and he’s always in the bottom top 3-4. he’s the only vocal member who doesn’t have his own studio cover. they say san is the best performer and one of the best dancers in the group but he constantly dances in the sides and he’s blocked in the dance break. he’s the most popular and well known ateez member but he doesn’t even have his individual schedule. (yes he said he wants to sings more, he wants to show us his dance more and he wants to do many individual schedules but there’s nothing for him. then he said “I’ll make my own opportunities.” kq acting like their 1st job is hiding san in the company. as a san stan, it’s getting so annoying knowing that he’s in 5th year into his career. kq stop acting like a hater towards your most popular artist, we are tired. if you have used san’s popularity, he could be on a very different position in the industry and so ateez. since he’s the member who brings the most fans to the fandom, he would bring even more fans and ateez would be even more popular. seriously you’re the worse company ever.

I completely agree with you. The thing is San is the most selfless member and from what I know in the past he has given some of his lines and parts to other members like Woo, or Seonghwa and the members are a competitive bunch especially, the two I previously mentioned, whereas I feel like San is the type to give up his lines or not fight for more lines because he likes seeing the other member shine. So, it could be a mix of both San and KQ. But I hope San realizes that he should become greedier and fight for his part more. He deserves more opportunities, more covers, and more center time, I think San didn't realize it in the past, but I think lately after this comeback he is starting to see that we want more opportunities for him to shine instead of him just dancing all the way in the back and being hidden for half of the Halazia choreo. Hopefully for the next comeback KQ starts promoting and encouraging him more. Also, you realize we have to start being loud about this on other platforms like twitter, to see an actual change happen.😔
