This group has the best facial expressions for all their performances and basically anyone can be called a main dancer since they're all skilled, but something about Seonghwa just captivates me whenever the camera points at him. seonghwa is the best performer of ateez imo. his facial expressions are ALWAYS on point. i'm actually scared and hella intimidated by how demonic he looks in this. i also love how he sometimes mouthed the lyrics. he doesn't just dance and sing, he *performs* . he never looks bored or tired even though the dance is intense. his stage presence is strong, and he always puts his all into the performance. he's an amazing performer and i think he will also do well as an actor!

3:15-3:17 I got scared, damn. So real This is probably my favorite interpretation of this move: I love how he does a scary face and then...zac. Expressionless and falling on the ground. I absolutely love how after breaking his neck he does this little pause before falling. I checked and only he does this yet he is on time with everything. It's his way of moving and It it's natural and like, it's so subtle yet it gives off so much energy, it's so mesmerising. I saw a dancer commenting on their dancing and he said Hwa has a sensual(?) way of dancing. He said his moves are made to be hypnotysing and I 100% agree with that. I think it's bc of these subtle moves he does that may not be visible at first sight yet they rivet our eyes and attract with thrill and then soak in memory
