Great episode but the guest is so fast to say people are bewitched if they don't have houses at age 40, there is no threshold/cutoff age to build a house, people deal with lots of delaying factors such as getting jobs very late, earning meagre salaries, black taxes/raising siblings first, getting scammed for their monies, divorces etc
