I thought the sound quality was great! Yes I thought it was comparable to having wired headphones. Its been a while since I have used that unit, but i used it for a few years quite regularly and would recommend it. Thanks for watching!

The receiver has an on/off switch. I typically turn it off when I get out so it doesn't stay connected to my phone. When I get back inside to go somewhere I turn the switch back on and my phone connects right away. I used this with my shure headphone...... Bc the darn iPong don't have headphone jack. Tho it sure make practicing guitar easier i had to say that Bluetooth tech still doesn't have the same clarity and lower noise then wired.

I have an older version of this one and worked awesome with my iPhone 6S (I use this in my car). I upgraded to an iPhone 11 and it is a pain to pair.... could this be because it is a Bluetooth 4.1 and my new phone is a higher version?

It might be because of that reason. I upgraded to a Google pixel 3 and I also have an older version of this Bluetooth receiver that became very hard to pair. With the mpow bh298a it pairs up immediately and has a great connection

hi im looking for a bluetooth receiver i hope this one is good. im looking for one to use in my car. sound quality has to be good. can you use this while charging and how is the sound quality while charging. i have used a different brand in my house that worked fine in the house but if i used it in the car on the factory radio i got bad sound quality. i hope this one doesnt have the same problem

Mic is terrible for phone calls by the time you have pressed all the buttons to switch from aux in from radio you will have hit a tree .
