Sir 590 watt ke 4 panel lge h topcon bifacial but is inverter m only 95v and 10amp aa rhe h discharge ke bad bhi full load dala max 11amp gye ye solar panel ka issue h ya koi internal setting krni hoti h

Sir, i am using this inverter with 540watt 2panels in series connection which voc is 70-75 and peak current is 13amps. But this mppt decrease the solar energy. It can charge my battrey with the same input amps like pwm charger. this mppt not convert extra voltage to amp. For example if solar input is 70 volts and 10amps this mppt charge battrey bank with 27 volt 8amps only. According to my experience this inverter not a mppt its just pwm.

Hi Sir, I have an existing normal inverter ( microtek 1100 va + exide 200 ah c20 battery) Now I want to upgrade it with the below system and it would be helpful if you can give me your opinion on this. Exide 200 ah battery ( 1.5 year old) + utl gamma + 12v 1kv solar inverter + 450 watt * 2 loom solar panels. 1. Is this setup good? 2. For parellel solar connection do I need fuses or MCB? 3. Can UTL gamm+ 12v handle these 2 panles ouput? Please provide me your answer for this. Thanks

1. Depends on your needs & load 2. You can use mc4 combiner Additional safety like mcb or DCDB is welcome. 3. Should be fine upto VOC limit.

Nice test. However, I think you can go with another Series of Solar panels to increase the voltage of the solar panel. Unless you have an Odd number of panels. It will reduce the power loss in the transmission of the power from panels to the MPPT. Also, for testing purposes, if possible, could you try testing the panels at 2S configuration (Adding more panels in series to increase voltage), and see if you get better efficiency. From what I know, if the Voltage from the panels is too large from the battery voltage, the efficiency drops.

It won't burn as easily. JK Bms has separate charge - discharge MOSFET. As long as discharge is on, safety circuits will keep working.

@@ZenInnovations I'm buying 4 pc 3.2 volt 105 AH Highstar LiFePo4 Prismatic cell and a 4S 100 A BMS..want to assemble a 12 volt battery and see the results. Yesterday I did capacity testing of my 3.5 yr old local made 180 AH batteries installed on my 5kva 96VOLT Alfa+ PCU...I constantly discharged then with 12 A....it gave 116 A backup! It's amazing...also I bought them 10k each...now a days there value is almost 5000 each. Lead Acid batteries are best!

UTL heliac 3000va इनवर्टर हमारे पास है सर उसमें जो सर सोलर लगते हैं तो सोलर करंट नहीं शो करता है इनवर्टर में सोलर के तार हटा देने पर जहां पर सोलर के वायर लगते हैं वहां 24 वोल्ट करंट आता है डीसी इनवर्टर कभी-कभी बहुत देर में ऑन होता है और जैसे फ्रिज लगते हैं ट्रिप कर जाता है सीलिंग फैन कुलर बड़ी आराम से चलते हैं सर बताएं सर क्या करें आपकी महान दया होगी सर❤❤❤❤❤❤

utl gamma plus mein atleast 60amp ka charge controller dena chahiyein tha.. jab dusre brands like asha power, eapro apne pcu mein 80amp aur 100amp charge controller deta hain.. aur utl ka mppt efficiency should be better.. above 96%

aur apne ko lifepo4 bttry bnaya hain usmein jo BMS with active balancer use kiya hain exactly wohi model ka buying link chahiyein mujhe.. apne dusre bauhat sare bms ka link de rkha hain, lkin jo wala aap use kr rhe ho wo wala link nhi diya hain.

@@ZenInnovations I guess you are not using mc4 connector . your solar panels wires are soldered parallel and you don't want to re soldering it . Am I right ?

सर इस इनवर्टर से फ्रिज भी मैंने चलाया है कूलर चलाया है तीन छत वाले पंखा साथ में आधा एचपी का मोटर का पानी फिर भी नहीं ट्रिप करता था सर लेकिन सर कभी-कभी नहीं चलता है ट्रिप कर जाता है सोलर सपोर्ट नहीं लेता है सर जहां पर सोलर के तार कनेक्ट किया था वहां पर डीसी 24 वोल्ट करंट आता है

Yes, this is what I am a bit confused about. The battery charging Amps is limited to 40Amps max. But they say it supports up to 2160Watts. Which is around 75Amps of charging current. I wonder if the MPPT they have used in the controller is a 75Amp one to harvest the 2000+ watts of solar power. Maybe need to check with the company once.
