That was what I wanted. In the 2005 film adaptation, Wonka had a very hard time trying to say "parent" because of what happened with him and his father during his childhood. I tried to paint it like, if he ever did have children of his own, he was afraid of ending up like his own father. But they reconciled by the film's end, thanks to Charlie. Like I said, this video is based on a fanfiction which picks up where the movie ended. We see Wonka experience anxiety, fear, body dysmorphia, and acceptance throughout his pregnancy; and then, unspeakable joy upon holding his child. I still think it's one of the craziest things that I've ever done. But I love how it turned out!
