This is the worst Parliament ive ever seen tym immemorial.the business community is busy requesting the government to reduce on the double taxation inform of Eflis, the parliament is busy finding useless ways in how to expand en spend the tax payers money.am of a view they would have discussed regional problems en find solution for them day by day, region by region,at Kampala parliament ,but not moving from region to another. This would save tax payers money. Many nrm members (Chris obore ) are in supportive of regional sittings en say the 5b expenses which are gonna be inncured to cater for parliamentarians is little money,but its much in Uganda where most adolescents have no access to sanitary pads ,its much in ug where most roads are in shode state,its much in ug where in many remote areas students study under trees. This isn't amatter for parliament alone,but the president needs to take a stand bse this is a sensitive matter,where many poor ugandans are gonna look at mps moving from one district or region to another as a matter of showing off.
