When playing an all 11 team, would you see an issue with replacing the personnel column with a Yard Line column (A-F). I have a hit chart as is that tells me what is going on by formation and personnel. Curious on what you think about this. Thanks for your help as always!

When I go up against an all-11 team I usually put the formation in its corresponding Pers. grouping, so I know how the offense changes as the look changes. I could see if you are only getting certain formations that using where they are used as a tendency pick up.

Coach, what do you mean by “P and 10” in the first down column?

The 'P' refers to Possession, meaning their first play after they get the ball. As Coach says, you may be able to be a bit more aggressive if you know your opponent is conservative 'coming out of the gate'.
