at 03:09 you can see he has two windows open, the one on the left is ableton, the one on the right seems like resolume to me. (you can see a very teeny window of the visual running in the background as well) but among a list of tools, someone can use resolume, max, or touch designer to integrate audio reactiveneess to go along with that
