We were never meant to take Blobby seriously; he was always just a clown character performed by a funny, clever actor. This clip is superb - one of the best Blobby performances and one would like to think that it's Barry Killerby in there. This performer is pretty quick, agile and nimble - well-used to the costume and to the spatial limitations. Does that really suggest Joe Wilkinson? Even though Blobby is very different (and much funnier) here to what he was in the 1990s - he never talked - it's our Barry in that suit during this clip. Unless somebody can prove otherwise, beyond doubt.
