It´s a 2001 German Movie that is a parody of western films called "Schuh des Manitu" (in english: Manitou’s Shoe) Almost every Joke i can think of wouldn´t translate, i guess. I don´t know if that movie has an english synchronization :/ but there are very few short scenes on YT dubbed with english Subtitles and very few scenes actually synchronized in some east european-ish language :'D
