I believed our children should be vastly informed as to what their history is from the past and should be connected with today's current affairs in order to prepared our today's children for what their future holds..All responsible parents or guardians of today should lay a good foundation for our children for been a good role models teaching their children the value of self reliance and encourage them to have a voice of their own. There is no better future than to give our children a platform to stand on and be empowered, encouraged and highly educated.They should also understand at a very early age the importance of speaking their minds but be confident and stand firm in their truth. They should take on responsibility and be willing to hold their peers accountable if it means to put their country first before all other interests but working as one unified Gambians with different ideologies and perspectives for a common purposes.These should be the kind of qualities we should teach and prepare our future generations to undertake these roles of responsibility at heart and If any Gambian have any problem in fully supporting these basic qualities and values on our children's characters as future patriotic citizens of our Nation, then there should be a big question mark as to one's loyalty or position on how they feel about calling themselves Gambians.
