Dear Quizzy, I think the scenario going on in Cartman's head starring Kyle as the ultimate villain is a tribute to various Disney cartoons. The scene with a bunch of Kyles first filling up the monitor and then walking right through Cartman's broken heart is a nod to Dumbo who at one point in the movie gets drunk and starts hallucinating a group of elephants doing similar stuff. A giant Kyle breaking through the ground while laughing evilly and wielding an equally gargantual menora as a weapon could be inspired by the 'boss fight' in the Little Mermaid which, if my memory serves me right, looks pretty similar to this.
