You realize bands can have multiple influences/genres right?

​@@_sauce. and you realize making 1 song or a section of 1 song mimmick a thing doesn't make them that thing. For instance revocation includes all genres in their material but they will always have a death metal basis and be referred to as such. Typically when speed metal becomes non repetitive and more progressive it becomes thrash metal. Slipknot was founded on HEAVY HEAVY Jazz influence but has never been called Jazz, or mathcore or whatever they call the more technical jazz based metal.
