He was like the Pol Pot of Africa. I remember watching a video about him and feeling sick to my stomach. The current President of Equatorial Guinea isn't a good leader or anything but he's like Napoleon compared to Macias.

The Macías Nguema dictatorship in Equatorial Guinea (1968-1979) was one of the most brutal in Africa. It is estimated that more than 30,000 people died under his regime, marked by paranoia, violence.Although Masias He was overthrown by his nephew and sentenced to death, Obliang (Masias' nephew) took power and led a similar regime.

@@ΓΕΏΡΓΙΟΣ-ι8ν It's hard to say who was "more evil," as both Idi Amin (Uganda) and Mengistu Haile Mariam (Ethiopia) also committed brutal atrocities. Each dictator had their own style of repression and violence. Idi Amin was responsible for the deaths of between 100,000 and 500,000 people in Uganda, and Mengistu led the bloody "Red Terror" campaign, where thousands of Ethiopians were killed. Macías Nguema, on the other hand, caused the deaths of tens of thousands and plunged Equatorial Guinea into total collapse. All three were responsible for immense suffering, but the scale and context of their crimes differ. Each left a legacy of terror and destruction in their countries.

I feel like Macias isn't very talked about. You see more people speaking about the brutality of amin dada or Gaddafi or Mengisto Mariam or mughabe and not about nguema as a whole. I still think ravalona i is still more brutal but this guy literally was insane of how lead his decline of population in his country

I'm guessing 7 special phases Possibly with a 209, but very likely a 208 2 phase 100-200s, the rest are less than phase 100, and that's the mainland mostly
