Quick question here. Unrelated to German Empire, but what is up with having 210 phases? I know i use it too, but I don't exactly get why having 210 phases is really that necessary, or how it makes any sense. Take Somalia for example, if it is phase 22 uncanny, and some other place is something like 174 uncanny, then how does that work? Is Somalia just not that bad anymore because 22 in comparison to 174 is nothing? And what would it even be like to live in a place that is "132 uncanny", would it be absolutely hellish since 22 is considered horrible? (Sorry for bad english)

@@blightnova 22 would be very bad living conditions. 172 would be bad living conditions with the addition of widespread terrible suffering of war, famine etc. Central African Republic is the country that has the most of this (along with Palestine), but the actual impact is much SMALLER than, say, Japan during WW2 had.

@@blightnova I get where you are coming from, yeah. But 210 phases is due to allowing a BIG variety of different phases on different places. For example, a place being nearly as bad as another place wont get the same phase as that place, since there is a lot of phases in consideration. Hope this helps!

I think these historical countries are always uncanny cuz the living standards are determined according to today's standards, especially for this video cuz it's not mentioned that WW1 was going on. German Empire was one of the best countries to live in during its time (excluding the colonies ofc).
