Hard to judge honestly. Prokofiev's 2nd is insane but for some it might be easier to play than Rach 3 for example, for some vice versa. Prokofiev's 5th is crazy too and it didn't even make the list

bartok 2 is definitely harder than rach 3... what's hard with rach 3 is the sheer amount of notes to learn - bartok 2 is the same except it's a monster to physically get through! (btw great content ClassicalPianoLovers - we really appreciate these videos!!)

The edition is good and I like the selection of concertos. But for me Brahms 2, Prokofiev 2 and Bartok 2 are clearly harder than Rach 3

would like to point out that Liszt's Totentanz has both piano solo version and piano with orchestra version, you used the piano solo version with S number 525, the version with orchestra has the number S. 126 which might fits better for a "Piano Concerto"
