Yes, there is a bank of 4 of them close to the gift store near Panda Express. I'm not sure if they are anywhere else.

Yes, I was at Choctaw Durant. My apologies. I should have said I went from Sky Tower to just outside of the smoking high limit room section, but I always refer to it as upstairs because of the 5 mile walk from Sky Tower and the ramp from the link area to the Bamboo Noodle Bar 😂
