It's a belter of a remix from Scott Attrill Aka Dj Vinyl Groover. Like the way it uses the original classic Pure white 4am sample before it kicks off!!! I missed this bk in the day, definitely would have added this to my vinyl collection, but by early 1999 I'd moved on to Trance and Hard house as for me Happy Hardcore was drying, Just my opinion tho... Great upload, cheers!!!
