The area I thought he needed the most improvement was his arms, biceps especially. Cant change genetics but getting them more defined, peaked as possible for him ive thought would really close the gap between him and others. They have definitely improved, can see seperation more now when he hits the front double etc. The more those arms develop the more he separates himself from the rest.
