Reka in Russian means "River". As for Russian accent. Personally i doubt anyone can confirm anything about his talking style. But for me, his accent is a bit far from Russian accent. At the very least, he doesn't sound like one to me. But word "Brilliant" does similar to Russian accent, so i dunno.
