-10. Is ice cream. That's hard on the unit to do. We trucked at zero until last day. That -20 is really hard on the unit. Since you are a company driver and don't own the trailer. You do as told. Remember done shippers use a Ryan recorder to monitor shipping temperature and won't allow more than a few degrees variation. So use your own judgement. When in doubt, ask your nearest grocer what he sets his sales cookers at.
