One of my favorites so far. Not sure about the voice though, it sounds like all the other clowns. We need a clown with a more bouncy and high pitched voice like the classic clown stereotype usually is.

The phrases were a little "off" for me but after watching it a few times it grew on me. I think the complete white background throw the props off and with the right lighting this would be a great prop.

The little Red shoes that they put on the little Clown in a cage should be made Black and put on the Little Girl in the cage, would make it that much better looking

I gave him a full name; Cagey Pennywise ll, since he looks like the second scary half of him. Even the phrases calm me down, since I know that girl isn't getting out of the cage. I have seen Cag ey Pennywise ll's phrases, and they are excellent

You're right I did see him in Halloween Glendale but I didn't quite see the kid I think it was a clown it was like a a tunnel full of animal tronics and stuff and I think I saw it but I didn't hear him because it was pretty loud and this it had costumes that store kind of reminded me of some I was hear Halloween vibes I don't know if I can actually see the kid when I was walking in the tunnel my mom kept scaring me by coming up behind me and keeps like scaring me
