Mamen cross all the rules, mixing work and pleasure with Rita, pirating her to another consultancy company to get a job then after signing a contract when the offer of promotion to take the vacant position of Celia she just hold on to the job. Without thinking of what position she take Rita in, that's selfish and rickless.
