The DVD was recorded on Sunday August 22, 1999, at the 12th Bizarre Festival in Cologne, Germany. This gig was originally recorded for a German live-in-concert program, WDR Rockpalast, and broadcast on German television. The band bought the live footage because it seemed to be the best one available to date regardless of the previous TV releases. Twelve cameras were used. The DVD does not have the performances of the cover songs "Back in the USSR" and "Day Tripper Medley" that were part of the live show and TV broadcast.

Philip Zantjer Oh man, SO jealous! Pantera was my favorite band in high school. I loved them so much, had the 3 home videos and idolized them. I was still a bit too young and far from any cities so I never got the chance to see them. I'd do anything to see them live.. I didn't know about them until recently but their music has touched me. You can see their influence on modern bands, for example The 69 Eyes, among other goth-rock bands. What a legend. RIP Peter

Umm... this is the most amazing live performance I've ever seen. I think Peter Steele is the utlimate babe, and I'm desperately in love with him, and its easy to get caught up in that, but Type O Negative is fucking amazing.
