I am a 58yr young lady and I just completed my first week (3 days) with this workout. I plan to do this workout for 5 more weeks, going up in weight as needed and see what happens. I am also doing cardio 2-3 days a week and working to transition to a whole plant based diet, drinking 100 oz of alkaline water, getting Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (2-4 tbsp with 1 tbsp of lemon) and getting 7-8 hours of sleep. I am looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you Mrs. Muscle :) I am so grateful to God to be able to participate in my own miracle!!

Omg i love it im 290 lbs and i love how you alow those 10 sec to get in the next position so i dont feel discouraged because i cant keep up and ofcourse i cant get up the floor as easy. I im so exited to repeat this routine tomorrow im soo happy i was able to finish all 20 min 🥳🥳😁

after years of jogging seeing no results I finally realised I needed to switch to weight training... now I am so looking forward to see if I get better results...took 5kh dumbells and had to adjust one exercise as these were to heavy for that particular move... but you got me sweating and the ab exercises were great... nice tempo... and the explanation switchover was great. In 20 minutes I am sweating, happy and feel ready for my day. Great that I found you. THANK YOU.

It is a good way to keep you moving, however, You may find it more effective to follow a workout plan that will be designed specifically to work towards your goal(s). They also tend to be more balanced, this will help avoid creating or furthering any imbalances. You can create this yourself using these workouts here or follow a training program. So I can better advise… What are your fitness goals? 💕💕

Sooo, I’ve lost 50 pounds on these videos and reducing calories. This was one of the first workouts I did because I couldn’t squat at the time. I thought I’d do this today thinking it was going to be easy peasy. Yeah ok!! I still am drenched in sweat. Thank you so much for these videos Viv!!

I like that you can adjust these workouts. Do the lunge if you want, increase speed, shorten the rest, etc. and they are a great mix of cardio and strength and leave me confident that 20 minutes is enough vs doing a longer session. Thank you.

Another great knee friendly workout!! I'm in love!! I weigh 184 and have osteoarthritis in my knees and these have been great. I did full body workouts yesterday and today. I'll be back tomorrow for an ab workout. I don't know if I missed them but I would love some knee friendly leg and glute workouts! Thank you for these workouts.

Omg you really saved my day. I was so determined to workout today but I was so discouraged because my back hurt from doing a kettlebell workout yesterday. Either I'm unfamiliar with how much my kettlebell should weigh or I was doing the excercise wrongly. If you have any tips for newbies to kettlebells I'll take them. Either way this workout of yours not only enabled me to workout but it also helped my back and eased the pain. I went between medium and moderate weights for the workouts to push myself and I enjoyed it. Thank you! I'm definitely gonna keep doing your workouts. Plus I enjoyed your music. It was also the perfect tempo for your workout.

So great !!! thanks for your content !!! It's hard though but effective ;-) Would be great the have an all standing session of kickboxing with no jump no squat no jump btw 30 or 45 min with little weights and a 30 min and 45 min all standing no jumping no repeat no squat no lunges session with weights also. both with interval of (40:10) ;-). if you're short of ideas (i dont think so, lol), you can always get inspiration from this note. It will help people who have knee problems to have a little bit of more choice and get longer session than 20 minutes which is already so great. Thanks for everything. Take care.
