Today I'm here to say that Attack on Titan is truly a masterpiece and the rewatch is definitely worth it. The audio aspect of the show is on the highest level, as any other aspect of the show, and if you will rewatch the show and ofc openings and endings, I would recommend do it with lyrics and full versions of the songs. There is an insane amount of foreshadowing and overall emotions in those songs, and I would like to check them out on your channel someday. Nice job!

Like the OP, it expresses the feelings of the characters that were not clearly expressed in the anime, and it is very important. And it is very beautiful. The lyrics of "Akuma no ko " in particular are wonderful. It is a song that is a pair with "Rambling". Lyrics in anime music are really important.

That's what I said way back: No matter what song people come with from other animes, AOT is a musical masterpiece across ALL ANIMES. Most people will come with a FEW from other animes, AOT has MANY, from openings, endings AND other OST, practically the whole suit. People will come with other anime's songs and those will fall mostly to 'nostalgy' feeling, AOT has the nostalgy but it isn't just that, the LYRICS fall into the theme so well too, and other stuff. AOT has lyrics in german, japanese and english (people can even translate some songs, and even a song has a "this will feel different if translated" thingy), has fast paced and slow paced songs, rappy, rock, metal, etc.

All endings are beautifull, but my favourite definitely is Akuma no ko I've also been shoked by number of forshadowings in ed's like in the second we can see all titan-shifters on the other side of the wall and in the third one a scene where daughters of Yimir ate their mother😳😳😳

You could read the lyrics of the full songs for all openings and endings, they are spectacularly good. Also the full songs are better musically, sometimes in surprising ways... There are videos of each full song with lyrics in English, which would be amazing to see reactions to 🙏

Ed3 is about The great titan War. First Rumbling. In Ed 2 you can see how Eren is slave to his Attack Titan which is slave to freedom. In ed 4 u can see things about Historia childhood (how she get treated by his future husband and his friends etc). Ed6 is hint to Falco final Titan form. Ed7 is hint to Eren death and his feelings about Mikasa and his feelings in general. And ed8 shows Mikasa feelings after eren Death and its hint to Mikasa life after death. And as u said they are canon to story. These endings not unga bunga anime endings like other animes.
