Anyways I'm pretty sure homelander is the strongest in terms of physical abilities. Coupled with his flight and laser eyes, it would be difficult for a telekinetic to even get the chance to take him out. Also, I would argue that the greatest power he has is that he's feared by everyone. If you don't manage to be successful on your first attempt to take him out, you're dead, and since many of the "heroes" we see in the boys are just junkie cowards obsessed with fame, not many are willing to take that chance.

It was also mentioned they kept a hydrogen bomb strapped to him when he was younger, and how they threw every single weapon at him, with little to no effect. Plus he’s not like the other supes in the world where they were injected with Compound V when they were newborns, he IS Compound V, I’m pretty sure it’s one of, if not the main component of his creation, so no doubt he has A LOT of it in his body, which adds to why he’s very very strong, anyways sorry for my stupid essay, I just like talking about stuff like this.

Steelwell was likely lying about every single weapon being thrown at him, since we see Maeve hurting him with a metal cylinder My main point there is that, even with the possibility of there being a stronger supe than Homelander, they might be more unstable or limited due to the heavy experiments that are run on them Homelander is the one who survived and got through all of the tests and experiments, which we see how dangerous can be throughout Gen v series
