Azo Nienu got the scare of his life on the counting day. God humbled him for his over confidence. Hope he will retrospect and work with honesty for the welfare of his constituency rather than focussing towards Dimapur or the so called western area because the Western areas have their own MLA in their respective constituencies to look after them.

He is not only the leader of his constituency but a towering Chakhesang leader too considering his position as the Chakhesang most veteran legislator, many Chakhesang look upto him as their leader... Yes he has genuine concern for Western Chakhesang area because we are still lacking too much behind others in every fields in Dimapur n that is nothing wrong in that.. He is still fulfilling his responsibility for his constituency.. Yes at times he helped Chakhesang organisations in Dimapur area financially to overcome resource crunch but that is only for the betterment of the tribe as a whole.. He is not diverting some sort of development meant for his constituency to some other places so this kind of grudges is not good for everyone of us.. We should think in a bigger perspective since we are no more living in a small world anymore...

@@takataka710 No wonder we need somebody outspoken like Azo Nienu to represent us. Yet we have experienced how he lost the recently concluded election for about 2 hours. He was boasting that he won the last election with 5k+ and his over confidence level to win with a 7k+ margin this election brought him down to a mere winning margin of 48 votes only. This shows how he has been delivering for his constituency people neglecting the Tizu areas and Sekruzu areas was his biggest mistakes. Better clean our own kitchen and venture out to the Western side later. Moreover, we don't need to mobilise or feed the UGs for development in Dimapur/Chumoukedima districts just because one particular tribe is doing so.

@MrsAvone it's true that people admire Azo Nienu for his outspoken and charismatic personality. But it is also true that our actions speaks louder than words. His over confidence level almost brought him down. Hope he learnt a good lesson from this election.
