No video explains why we float the point to the left and not to right. And what if we have to shift it toward the right. Not just this video but everyone is just doing the same rot explanation and not explaining the reason behind this. What if we have to convert (0.125) into IEEE then how would you shift the decimal to left as 0.125 in BIN is 0.001. We have to shift the decimal towards right in this case.
