Just for a little context, he said it after the money was in and jammed on Mr. Beast post flop with aces. He could've said, "You should fold." When he saw he was on an open ender but stayed quiet. It's just psychology to protect himself if Jimmy sucks out. Phil just wants to be perceived as the best by others. That's his number 1 goal and it's sad.
