Not gonna lie, the 5K one is better than the 16K The 16k, beside the fact that is has some Averngers guys, it s still a basic "modern city" design, I ve seen these for years

They've shown very little of the 16k build, it could be far larger than the 5k one. Also, medieval houses are easy to make and can be cloned while large building and especially statues have to be individually created.
