I FOUND A FIX FOR THE UNDERAGE THING, so basically delete ur game(only do this if you know your connected accounts or u may risk losing your account if you don’t remember your information. After the game is downloaded it will require you to put your year of birth and month of birth, when it asks this make sure your year is anything under 1990. After this you will log back in to your account then you can go to the website and try to claim the rewards again. Hopefully it works for you guys bc that’s how I did it for myself
