Once when I was in college I was walking home around 10 at night and crying really hard. A highschool boy stopped and asked if I was in trouble and if I needed help, I told him I wasn't in danger just upset. He then asked if I needed a hug, I said okay and he gave me the sweetest hug. This was 8 years ago and I will never forget what that hug from a stranger did for me.

Omggggg 😭. I've only see 4 minutes of this and I'm legit crying my eyes out. It really makes my heart melt to see how good this made so many people feel. Especially when the video slowed down the hug jut seemed longer and more genuine and to see the back side of him also showed the strangers grabbing his shoulders and rubbing his back. Some even looked like they wanted to cry on his shoulder. I really love this video because to think how good a hug can do is so powerful. Especially since we have experienced the pandemic so many people went a year or two without hugging anyone. It's really the little things that count the most when you already have love in your heart. I just gave a patient of mine a hug the it other day after 2years and it really did put us both in a joyful mood. #FreeHugs
