Everything about this performance was perfect. His deliveries from set pieces, his fast yet accurate balls that allowed us to bypass West Ham's midfield, his through balls into Sturridge and Origi's feet, his pressing, and of course his finishing, from both inside and outside the box. I've always been critical of Phill, as in my opinion he's always lacked consistency in his game. However, this season he has proved me wrong. Apart from the period after his injury he has been amazing almost every match. Even more so in this deeper, more creative position that he played in today. Would love to see him in the Champions League next season, playing at the level he deserves. Let's SMASH Middlesbrough and make it happen! #YNWA
