@@reason4ace Even though an alligator/crocodile can run up to 35 mph (depending on the species) they can only do so for a few seconds. Their body structure is built entirely off of ambushing their prey in the water, and it’s so effective that they never had any need to change it. So on land, you can troll a croc. They can’t turn on a dime either, only slowly turn or leap in a direction quickly to turn. That’s what happens when your legs come out the side of your body and not below you.

I have an issue with massive apex predators noming little humans For example: It took that Giant croc far more energy too leap out of the water and eat a little human, than the energy it would get back from eating him. It's the same reason why real world Crocs and Gators don't actively hunt small birds or fish.

The giant apex predator going above and beyond too eat the equivalent of a single ant is just dumb. That's like having an aircraft carrier working at full capacity with just the power provided by a single motorcycle engine. Just Dumb.

The one thing all prehistoric based movies get wrong visually every time are the size of the trees. Anything prehistoric is big and that includes the trees, what they should have did was tape this in the redwood Forest and then used visual effects to add greenery. That spider is way too big for that little ass Forest 😆

Yeah this just kinda feels like a kong skull island knock off. Planes knocked down during ww2, one of the people survives while the other one dies to a massive creature, and it’s in the bermuda triangle so of course there’s no way out, and acts like a barrier for the creatures in a film with a giant monster island that nobody has gone to. Even the spiders look like a family dollar version of motherlong legs.

It wraps up nicely in a sad way, single father gets with martyred victims widow with a kid on the way and approves of his daughter dating the dude that saved his life, everyone has trauma but goes home with a semblance of a happy future…plus no one else would believe them so they are all stuck together.💜💜💜💜💜 it’s like sad Romantic Horror
