Y u skipped hand muscles examination

When examining the upper limbs, it is not possible to do the entire hand examination as well due to time constraints. If there are abnormalities of the hand muscles, then there will be an indication from the dermatome and myotome examination of the hands. As a result, this will then lead you to do a separate full hand examination. In addition, by testing the sensation modalities in the hands, this gives you further evidence of whether there are abnormalities in the hands

The cotton wool is being dabbed lightly and not rubbed. I think this is a reflection of the angle of the camera that makes it look rubbed.
