Glad to hear that you will be releasing some of this - this is very much to my taste!

Still trying to follow all your pattern changes on the a4 in the beginning .D 6:13 is where my jaw dropped, the kit reload killed it . Nice work man.

Wow, you have some wonderful stuff here! I have the MD, MM, and OP-1, but I am scared of the OT & A4. Fun to watch you rock them.

So fast! You really know these machines in and out. Always keeping it interesting and changing. I wonder how much time you spend preparing a set like this? Keep it up!!

Great track I love it.

A lot of people feel the same way about the Tempest, which you prefer. I know you didn't get on with the OT but that doesn't mean the machine is broken.

Hope people realise the difference of doing a set with actual tech instruments vs cross fading a cd track every 8 minutes! Great stuff...Love my Analog Four :)

Thanks for replying. Wasn't sure if it was easier to write notes with one over the other. I'm sure the way you do it isn't that straight forward since you're the guru ;)

We have an Elektron A4 and you've really inspired me to dig a little deeper with it! Do you know any good articles to get my head around synthesis routings (LFO, modulation tips n tricks etc?). Read the manual back to front but I really wanna get to grips with creating complex modulations with the performance macros

Perfect use of the Octatrack and AnalogFour. Nothing for the Top 20 Pop Charts but Good.

Do you find yourself writing the music on the A4 or the Octatrack or both? Really interested from seeing this and the other video of you performing in the music store. I haven't used either of these, so I don't know which way would be easier for a live set, but I know it could work both ways.

Well my question is for my next elektron product. What Should i buy for playing live and making music on the go. I got a4 so should i buy machinedrum or ocktatrack? And by the way baldness was not meant as an inslult if that matters. Im bald my self :).

Mr Data - in a live situation, say a club has a zone92, how do set these machines up? Do you route through the club mixer?

too much of a 4/4 concept?? to keep playing these machines and making 2 hour sets is legendary. techno or house.....each to their own.....its all in the mind that makes these things work.....after all,,,,, they only do as you tell them! Great work again Mr Dataline.

By "music," I mean the synth lines. As opposed to the beat.

Too many "effects repeat" in my opinion. Deep techno needs huge reverbs and delays, nothing more or few. Good work!
