No brews used, pretty humble waves. Didn't have to deal with any triple pillar stacks at all.

Why do you click your healing regen prayer? I see a lot of cheaters who do that.

I presume you mean like at 0:58 ? When you're overhealed over your max HP the regen timer ticks your HP down rather than up, like normal. You double click it to reset the timer and stop that happening
