Speaking of Beef Bowls, there's one beef recipe called 'Sua Rong Hai' I suggest you to try! This recipe originated from Thailand and it's a famous recipe in the area of Thai-Malaysia border. The name literally means "Crying Tiger Meat" and you can find the recipe online, although the ingredients may vary from region to region.The main ingredient is lean beef, fish sauce and oyster sauce, among other ingredients. It is then roasted after marinating. Recently a business woman is under fire because she was trying to trademark this recipe for her own profits. It failed cause the recipe is under common use law due to many other people already using the recipe and the name, for their own businesses, that have already started before she starts her trademark claims. Something that popular must be very delicious!

@@em_birch Allow me to explain, normal, drinking and mineral water have impurities in them and the reaction rate is really poor. While it would work to create an exorthermic compound... It would not last long and the water would cloud or turn dark colors or have sediments in them after use, due to the impurities. GBuster was right, it is water... It's the type that you put in a car battery to help the acid inside accumulate charges and turn electric energy and store it into chemical energy! The battery water is called 'Distilled water'. While it can be drink, it would not taste great and would not be beneficial to the body due to all the impurities that ahas been removed. For water to be any use to our body, there's a certain level of mineral that has to be in it, and sometimes water company deliberately put these minerals to make sure it is good to drink! The water in this ration has to be packed and labelled strictly for exothermic compound use because if it was not labeled with the special packaging, it would be drank in the moment of thirst. This would make the ration useless, cause the user needs to find a new source of water and make themselves more hungry! Plus the ration would be working less reliably with impure source of water, reducing it's quality. It is also dangerous to drink distilled water when you're extremely thirsty because it would bloat the cells and make your blood vessels expand too much. Cells in your blood can break due to too much moisture inside it, and the non-existent mineral content would deprive the heart and brain from the nutrients it needed to function!
