Back in the 70s we used to see ocean wave boxes that were sort of like lava lamps. They rocked slowly back and forth and the blue liquid inside looked like a slow-motion ocean wave. I vaguely remember that one of the ingredients was dish soap.

This is not actually vinegar, its bubble surrounded vinegar that created by the reaction of two components.
