I think in Q2 you just write about the differences in the content like comprehension whereas in Q4 ur writing about the differences in the structure and language, hope this helps?

If it is similarity, in your start to second PRTE start the point with 'similarly in this source....' . If it's differences, you would say 'in contrast' or 'on the other hand'. If it's compare similar attitudes look for quotes which convey the same intention from both sources. If it's difference find quotes which resemble contrasting attitudes which convey different intentions from both sources. Once you understand this, start to analyse what is going on and look for your language/structural devices and key points which back up the quote.
