+craig thulborn always a pleasure Craig. Glad you liked it. Shall be starting on part 2 next week though I think it might be a while before release. The films are starting to become a little complex. Cheers.
@craigtsadventures74149 жыл бұрын
+craig thulborn I can certainly tell you guys are getting more advanced as sections of your film look like your in some sort of simulator or studio type thing. any way guys dont reveal to much of your production/editing skills as people like myself want to see you guys have more recognition for the work you do "example your own TV series". Thanks for the response, as always happy traveling and stay safe.

Mr. Foreman, Radiatior............repair............once removed the thermostat to eliminate pressure and cracked the radiator cap. Result the crack at the bottom of the radiator tank stopped leaking. Got me home. Now I carry a mapp gas torch, flux and solder in case the radiator cracks again. Got the radiator crack coming home from Saline Valley. Love your videos. The best travel videos on the net. Love the technical stuff as well as the descriptions. You both are the best.
@ForemanAndWilmsAdventures8 жыл бұрын
Greetings there Mike. You must have a steel radiator unlike the throwaway aluminium landrover jobs. That torch you have would be handy for igniting a fire under my 2nd hand disco which so far has proved itself a lemon.
@1999mikedunn8 жыл бұрын
Right you are. I have triple core (three rows of percolation tubes) steel radiator that I bot for a 1988 Toyota 4 runner, 4 cyclinder 22 re motor. Removing the thermostat relieves the pressure in the system. The 22 r motor is very popular and easy to get parts for. Love your videos.

Absolutely fantastic guys.... I live in Geraldton and am Land Rover obsessed (being a pom does that to you). Love your sense of humour Gavin and Summer chucks in just the right amount of "whatever" humour to counter it :-). A great start to your Western Walkabout series. Btw, loved the opening comments of this vid re the walkabout lol.... Loved the camp cooking, maybe you could host your own camping MKR series hahahahaha just kidding... can't wait to see the rest of the series. You should have your own TV show i reckon, you two are natural and a pleasure to watch/listen to because all your facts and experiences are first hand. Anyway, you got a sub for life here... all the best, Steve

+Sir_Forsaken Greetings and salutations Steve. Being Landrover obsessed ain't a bad thing. Next time your in at Wyatts in Anderson street you'll have to put them onto the videos. They've done a fair bit of work to our wagon. As bad as my cooking segments are there may be a few more to endure although they are sporadic, I don't want to wear out the gag. We've been off on a canoeing trip for 11 days but now we're back Episode 4 should be out in a week or two. Cheers for now.

***** Hey, Steve Whyatt is a good mate. He's a bloody brilliant mechanic and has a great sense of humour too hehe. I'm due to go in shortly to get a coil conversion kit for my P38 Range Rover so will let Shane and Steve know about your channel. All the best and keep the great vids coming.....

+Sir_Forsaken Say hello to the lads for me. I don't think Steve knows me by name but Shane will, I've harassed him on numerous occasions to send me parts in remote locations. He's saved me two or three times. Cheers.

Hi guys, classic high quality production. Particularly like the 3d animations that you have put together. What was the app that you used? Do I detect a background in media/broadcast production?
@ForemanAndWilmsAdventures7 жыл бұрын
Greetings Jason. Thanks for the comments. We use maya for the 3D stuff and also element 3D which is a plugin for adobe after effects. We have no film making background, everything we do is self taught. I wanted to make films from the moment I saw Star Wars and with no one to help me along the journey I set off alone. It's a lot of hard work and great fun.
@jasonwooler8017 жыл бұрын
Well its a credit to you. I've have worked in the industry for a number of years and you are producing content every bit as good as the professionals. Well done mate.

Hi Foreman and Wilms what time of the year did you do Steep Point, we are thinking of going there in January. Yes i no hot but its the only time we can get off work any advise.
@kevinmcnamara85688 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate but sounds like it won't be much fun can you suggest another trip thats worth doing that time of year, we have 2 weeks to spare and the cruiser is rigged to go back and beyond within reason of course.
@ForemanAndWilmsAdventures8 жыл бұрын
Greetings Kevin. I'd still call the rangers station for advice. Sometimes you'll never get to go to a place if the chance doesn't get taken. The number I have for them is 99483993. The South West of course has endless options. 2 places I've never made it too is the Broke inlet west of Walpole and Cape Arid National Park east of Esperence which might be the last stronghold of the endangered noisy scrub bird.

Thanks mate never truer words spoken will ring them, see what happens.

What is in the bag hanging off the bullbar?
@ForemanAndWilmsAdventures7 жыл бұрын
Greetings there. It's a hessian waterbag, an old school invention even before my time having the air and evaporation cool the water as you drive. They're a bit hard to find nowadays and I punctured that one unfortunately. They still sell them in some Australian camping stores. I called it a major upgrade to the vehicle.
