After 20 years in Afghanistan, there are a TON of very high end spec ops types dudes that are out of the service but have done plenty of details in crazy dangerous environments. I "heard" that the SS advanced patrol was only a few yards (like 10) away from the gun barrel. It is still remarkable. Imagine if the suspect had retracted it until his target was closer. He might have even escaped (at least for a while) had he concealed better & the witness hadn't been around at just the right moment. He could have been tracked down through other methods, but it would have taken more time. Remarkable.

Has to be an inside source close enough to Trump to have access to any random or unplanned changes to Trump’s movement schedule. This is an obvious lead that should be investigated immediately. If I was Trump Id have a strong investigative oversight group in place working these suspected breaches in security as well as any foreseeable breeches that may be prevented. I don’t feel the SS nor the FBI are moving fast enough and could possibly be involved IDK. As a retired Special Agent I see several helpful leads that have evolved from the past couple of events here that stand out and should be investigated. I can think of a few investigative techniques if employed have a high probability of identifying these individuals. If you can take down just one conspirator and get the POS to turn on the rest you’d be able to clean this rats nest out. My hunch is its bigger than imagined.

It is tempting to consider this. Sadly, it seems like there are enough unhinged people out there naturally (and/or drug induced at times). But explaining his apparent 100 prior charges is difficult. Or explaining the leniency for a few of his most serious charges.

That is one of my questions from his 2002 charge "weapon of mass destruction" aka illegal machine gun. Why no prison time unless he was brought into the fold for something.

Unfortunately, it isn't out of character for justice to be skirted nowadays. Between plea bargain or agreements to rat out others or using mental health to explain his actions, it isn't as surprising as it should be that he got off of so many charges. Regarding the "WMD" charge, first, isn't it ridiculous that a machine gun is stretched to mean WMD!?! Second, it seems possible that he could get off the charge by ratting out the seller.
