Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Fillet 1pc
2. Ginger, sliced
3. Salted pickled vegetables, sliced
4. Ginger, julienne
5. Red chilli 1pc julienne. Soak in water
6. Chilli padi 1pc, smashed
7. Mushroom 1pc, cut horizontally then sliced
8. Tomato half, remove the fresh and slice the skin part
9. Tofu 1 pc,
10. Spring onion 1 stalk, separate white and green, julienne. Soak in water
11. Coriander
12. Salted plum 1pc, remove seed
Seasoning
1. Salt 1/2 tsp
2. Sugar 1/2 tsp
3. Fish sauce 1tbsp
4. Chicken Essence little
Method
1. Arrange the sliced gingers on the plate, place the fillet on it. Then place the balanced spring onion on the fillet
2. Blanch the salted vegetables and mushroom. Set aside
3. Heat wok with little oil, stir fry the ginger. Then add water and bring to boil. Add salted vegetables, mushroom, chilli padi, salted plum and boil for 2min. Turn to low heat and add seasoning. Turn back high heat and test taste. Add tomatoes and tofu and boil for a while.
4. Steam the fish for 10min under high heat
5. Pour the soup onto the fish and garnish with spring onion and red chilli
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
