Don’t forget to mention the problems on the TSI; losing power, engine light and EPC light coming on. Worst part is that VW always making excuses on why they can’t fix it, blaming quality of the fuel.

They said I must pay for them, obviously charging dealer prices, and if i took to a 3rd party place, then I run the risk of losing my warranty… it was a Tiguan TSi with only 50 000km. I sold it back to them.

This is the exact car I drive, down to the color and options!... Love the fuel effeciency! On a good day I can get it down to 3.9l/100KM. Oh and I also use Naked Insurance for it!

Well that gearbox messed me up financially, just a month after the warranty expired... The gearbox had to be replaced, followed by the water pump and flywheel all within 3 months. I had to get rid of the car quickly before disaster.
