I've been playing Core Keeper, that also has a Stardew Valley reference, there's a music sheet you can find (random drop in the jungle area) that allows you to play the song, "It's a Big World Outside," one of the spring songs. You'll need six people with different instruments to hear the whole thing as the music instruments only play their part. So, you'd need a piano, cello, flute, drum kit, harp, and ocarina then have all 6 players use the music stand with that sheet music.

It's a slightly older reference, but there was another game with a Stardew Valley reference. It was also published by Chucklefish, Starbound. One of the trophies you can earn, for harvesting 30 unique crops is named Starbound Valley and the trophy description is, "Start thinking about who you'd like to romance and that barn extension." Starbound is essentially Terraria in space with endless worlds to explore. Not bad, but not really as good as Terraria.

I believe there is a reference in Stardew to the game Don’t Starve Together. DST has a structure you can build called the lazy deserter. It looks almost exactly like the mini obelisk in Stardew, and both items perform the same function of transporting the player from one part of the map to the other when touched
