In that time China was not any identity infact at that time. If you know about Sholin temple . .. It's founded by Indian prince he teach martial art to people and teach about ayurveda medicine ..so it's temple. ..temple is word of Indian holy place or its place of Indian God. In China people pray to Buddha. .. His actual name was Shidhart and born in India. .. You will find in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand till Japan Indian God temple. Those temple is historical place. Tourist visit there too. It's all was part of India only. No body is stopping you what ever you want you can say. ..but truth can't be hidden. .. Your body can be lie but soul know all about. If some one don't know, it's better find it. In tibet there is a mountain kailash with lake mansarovar. ..you will get this name in Indian religion books. Thousand and thousand year ago. I think you need to know more about history of world. You will find India only. .. May be you don't get because you have no history record more then 300 years . ..so how you will know.

Bro Sherpa tribes were migrant from there. Entire tribes of High Himalayas like Ladakh, Spiti, Arunachal(India), Baltistan(Pakistan), Bhutan 🇧🇹, Upper Humla,Upper Dolpo, Upper Mustang, Sherpa were part of Tibetan civilization. All are Tibetan dialect speaker, all written in Tibetan script, all are followers of Tibetan Buddhism with the exception of Baltistan.
