Stress is so underrated, it can cause so much issues. I had a super hard time with my marriage since Covid and eventually got a divorce 1 year ago. The stress that started then still has an impact on me until today. Everyone thinks I am fine since the divorce is completed and do not understand how I can be under stress. But ladies, the effects of stress lingers on for a long long time. My weight, digestion, skin and hair all took a horrible beating and still is right now. It started with digestion issues then and now everything seems to have an impact. Ladies, no matter what happens, speak to a therapist, have a varied balanced diet and keep exercising. NO ONE will be with you till the end as much as your body. Take consistent care of that and you will thank yourself everyday.

Pretty sure Kerastase doesn't sell the "Anti Fall Serum" anymore that contains Aminexil and they only sell the "Serum Fortifant Hair Serum" which comes in the exact same packaging but does not contain the same ingredients nor is it technically supposed to prevent hair shedding/fall but instead "hair breakage from brushing." Be careful when purchasing because it comes in the exact same packaging, comes at the same price, and is basically being marketed the same thing but with some verbiage tweaks. It smells the same but that is about it. The Aminexil serum is more of a gel like consistency and the fortifant serum is closer to water consistency.

Very rightly said - you need to find out the cause or else nothing would work. . I hv always had good hair , had same routine of hair oils and good nutrition of nuts still i lost almost half of my hair. So much that people started noticing bald patches on my scalp. I had COVID and after that Dengue. Even though I didn't hv major symptoms in Covid, not even fever- the breathlessness and hair fall took time to reduce. Also what she mentioned hair shedding period can be different for everyone. For me it was almost 6 months and nothing can stop it, no amount of medications or serums can prevent hair shedding if you have underlying medical issues. My immunity was weak and it took 3 months to have decent immunity and 3 more months to become healthy. Thats when my hair shedding reduced and new hair growth started. Along with this i was going through PTSD from loosing a parent. Never knew that would have an effect despite of being a medico myself, but it does. Your scalp and hair is the first thing to show signs. I took supplements, protein powder along with good nutrition with nuts, regular oiling with home remedies but also took care of my mental health. Thats when it showed results. One home remedy that worked for me was using ginger juice mixed with aloe vera gel and applying on scalp before hair wash. Hope this helps someone else as well

For me it's not...I was using wishcare one nd it stopped my hairfall when I say stopped I mean it...just 2-3 strands after combing my hair and sometimes nothing not even a single strand...I have very thin hair literally very thin (like if I show you single strand of hair u barely see it with naked eyes) I had this type of thinness(it's by birth) But when I used wishcare one it's just did magic 🪄✨ My hairfall stopped I saw my baby hair growing 💗 Nd then I don't know on what time I think to try pilgrim one what was going on my mind that time I literally took the worst decision for my hair 😢😢 from the very first application it just started my hairfall again😢 as I said I don't have voluminous hair they are thin...but they are naturally straight and silky 😅 I love my hair as they are... wishcare one stopped nd pilgrim started again... From that day when I used it for the very first time to till now my hairfall continues 😢😢😢 40-50 strands on every single time when I comb my hair, when I wash my hair, when I put oil on them... they're just falling, falling and falling and now even the wishcare one is not working😢😢😢😢 I tried onion juice...I already tried it before I know that it definitely work nd it worked but when I first tried onion juice that time I was not working...but rn I'm a govt. Employee nd it's not possible for me to take care of them as I cared them before...when I use onion juice it stopped that time nd then hairfall started again Now I'm trying rosemary water(dried rosemary leaves with 1tbs Fenugreek seeds, boil it for a couple of minutes then leave it to cool down nd then spray it on your roots) it definitely work stopped my hairfall from the very first application...I'm happy..nazar 🧿 na Lage kisi ki 😊 I'll update for rosemary water after a few weeks... Like my comment so that I will remember to update. Note:- there's no promotion...it's all based upon my personal experience Feel free to ask more 😊
